We are all called to be witnesses. Some are called to be evangelists.

If you feel called to do the work of an evangelist, come to the Evangelists’ Conference next year.

The Conference

Each January, over 200 evangelists gather for an opportunity to network and leave recommissioned for the year.

Take time to stop, reposition and reflect.

Chesford Grange Hotel, Warwick

Chesford Grange Hotel is centrally located close to many of the major arteries of the UK.

We have almost exclusive use of the four-star hotel and have full access to the facilities on offer – including a pool.

The price of single and double/twin occupancy rooms includes accommodation within the hotel and all meals and conference costs.

    Bookings

    It is not possible to pay in instalments for the Evangelists’ Conference. If you are struggling to afford the booking price but feel that God is calling you to attend the conference, please do call us on 01923 287777 or complete the contact form above.

    Yes. Please call our team on 01923 287777 or complete the contact form above with your name and the name of the person who will be taking over your booking. We will then need to confirm everything with the new delegate before officially transferring the booking.

    The nature of the Evangelists’ Conference lends itself to delegates attending the whole conference rather than dipping in and out, and so we are not able to offer one-day tickets. If you wish to attend the whole conference but stay offsite, we are offering Day Delegate passes. Click here to find out more.

    You can let us know who you will be sharing a twin / double room with by filling in the corresponding question when you book online. If you are unable to do this online, please feel free to contact us by calling 01923 287777 or complete the contact form above. If you have selected a twin room but don’t have a specific person you would like to share with, please let us know and we will allocate you a room.

    Registration begins at 9am on Tuesday 13th January 2026

    The Evangelists’ Conference is for those who feel called to the work of an evangelist. If this isn’t you, we would politely request that you do not book a place at the conference. This may sound odd, but we want to ensure that every place at the conference is taken by evangelists or those who feel they may be evangelists. We do not have a strict definition of what an evangelist does – not every evangelist stands on the street or a stage.

    The entire conference takes place at the Chesford Grange Hotel in Warwickshire. You can have a look at the hotel and its facilities here.

    We encourage you to bring the usual things you would need for a 3-day conference. All food and refreshments will be provided as part of your booking price.

    If you have any dietary requirements, you can let us know when you fill in the online booking form. If you are unable to do this please complete the contact form above or call 01923 287777. We will pass these details on to the hotel who take responsibility for ensuring dietary requirements are met.

    Whilst we are thankful that this conference attracts many international delegates, we regret that it is not possible to supply letters in support of visa applications.
